We have been involved with many organizations raising over $180,000 for various people, places, and unfortunate tragedies in need. RISE now offers a newly-remodeled 24-hour gym for people who want a simple, clean place to train without the crowds, noise, or chaos. It's the perfect spot if you want to get in, get stronger, and get on with your day (or night).

We’re bringing back a cult favorite: racquetball. If you want a workout that’s fast, competitive, and genuinely fun, our court is ready for everything from casual games to serious battles.
It’s a great way to mix up your routine, grab a partner, and turn cardio into something you don’t have to talk yourself into.


If you want strength without the “beat up” feeling, Pilates Reformer training is a game-changer.
These sessions focus on controlled movement, core stability, posture, and total-body strength, so you feel longer, stronger, and more connected in your body.

If you’re tired of guessing what to do at the gym, personal training makes everything simpler: a plan that fits your goals, coaching that keeps you safe, and accountability that keeps you consistent.
We’ll focus on progress you can actually feel, with strength, energy, confidence, and workouts that make sense.

We have 2 styles of spinning classes ("rides") at our studio.
Our signature POWER RIDE uses our state-of-the-art Stages monitor to view watts, speed, and distance. You will be challenged on flat roads, hills, sprints and surges. Bringing a true outdoor ride into an indoor space.
Our RIDE classes are rhythm based rides that are designed to match the beat of the music. These classes may also incorporate choreography such as push-ups and tap-backs. Stages monitors will primarily be utilized for speed and catching that beat! Our Stages certified coaches will push you match that BMP to RMP while guiding you through pedal stroke.

These Classes are done in the floor room and include TRX, Power Lift, Bootcamp, Yoga and Pilates. With a wide variety of classes on the schedule, you are able to try something new day to day.
Class descriptions give you an overview of what you can expect and we are happy to answer questions before you try out a class. Please find each description with the class name.


This style class combines 30 min or cardio on the bike with 30 min of weightlifting, core work, or TRX on the floor. We take care of the planning, you show up and put in the work.
This combination class is a full hour of work with a 600 calorie burn or higher. The class is intense although modifications will always be provided.

This program is designed for any New member wanting to try a 1 month unlimited membership for the first time. You will have 3 scheduled times to meet with the owner, Ren Gibson, to talk through your fitness goals, explanations of classes, and any other questions you might have along the way.
This service is complimentary for our brand new clients purchasing an unlimited membership.
